Once the piece has been completed it is finished with a clear satin lacquer, a modern hard-wearing finish which enhances the grain and colour of the wood and protects it from wear and tear. Resistant to both heat and water this makes it practical for modern day usage. We also offer more traditional finishes such as oil.
We encourage the customer to visit the workshop to view the progress of their piece at least once during the construction stage.
